Default Having problems modding ( again )

Ok, I just recently finished an early version of my mod, went to put all of the INI files in "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals\Data" to test it but when I go ingame I see no differences! I know I made a lot of changes but I don't see them! What am I doing wrong? :|

The INI files and subdirectories need to be put into the [Generals]\Data\INI folder.

I did

I copied the the folder called "Data" into my generals directory and selected yes to overwrite the old folder ( was that what i did wrong? ) and started editing the INI files with notepad after that. ( or is that what i did wrong? )

Smokey, I presume you don't use Windows XP? Because if you did you would know that if a directory tries to overwrite another it wont, it will just overwrite the files inside, it wont delete the directory and place the new one there...

And Teb, ill try and catch you on xfire and get you sorted.

"C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals\Data"

And you need it for C&C Zero Hour?

Isn't that "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data"

?
