Default Soldiers surrender...

i noticed this just when i started to play -Guantanamo Bay: OP Cuban Freedom [by Beng] and was very puzzled onto how this can be done ...if anyone knows how/ would tell be would be great, thxs

wellllllllllll... from what im guessin... we know there is already surrender modules in the game [as they repeatedly converse on the subject of POW Trucks, and Prisons, and Surrender and Defection] so im guessin someone tapped into the infantry movement, and combined it with some type of defect attack or power... but i dunno cause i dont have the mod... waht happens when they surrender, do they go to your side or die or become civilians or what?

there might be a command button for it...
and for AI they might do it after being within 150ft of 80% more enemy units or something

It also sounds like the mod may just be coding on the map, like the US pilot doing the same in a campaign mission..

Hmmm, I think its just map.ini coding, a quick infantry is made thats default stance is the surrendered animation, simple ^_^.

ha... i think that is what it is now that Cipher brought that mission to mind... thats right... but still what happens after the soldiers drop their guns and stuff... [just for inquiry]
