Hi

Im new to modding, but found out a way to get any camera height you
like without rendering problems. Maybe we should sticky this cause, so
many people have been complaining the camera problem. Open
Gamedata.ini file and search for this:

Use3WayTerrainBlends = 1
DrawEntireTerrain = No <-------- (Change this to "Yes")
TerrainLOD = DISABLE ; should be handled by options screen.

This should be in the beginning of the file. Next find this and change the
camera height, scroll speed etc... then just save, start game and enjoy!

CameraPitch = 37.5
CameraYaw = 0.0
CameraHeight = 232.0
MaxCameraHeight = 380.0
MinCameraHeight = 120.0
CameraAdjustSpeed = 0.3

I use MaxHeight 1200 and Pitch 45, remember that this uses little bit more
system resources, but had no problems with my low end system. Have fun!

Yeah, do that and you will notice the game lags a WHOLE lot because that means it is drawing the whole entire screen at one time rather than just what your looking at.
