believe me: every modder wants to reach this but only a few get it. The most popular reason why many mods are never finished is time management.

Flyby is right when he says you can be lucky to get 1 complete model in one week -- and you will come to a point when you need new models because you don't find them in other mods or you didn't get permission to use it for your own...

So stop dreaming and set realistic aims for the future. It's simply not possible to create 6 complete sides with new models, cameos, coding, AI, maybe new UI for each side and all this stuff. Look, one building in generals needs a lot of 3d models - the main building, additional stuff e.g. with extra animation, build fences, build process stuff, night and snow models, 2 states of damaged models etc. etc.
Then the skin part follows and a good skin takes a long time before it's finished, more than the model itself. And before you can start you'll need concepts of what you or your helpers want to design.

IMO you mod will take at least 3 years, don't forget testing, AI-implementation, bug-search etc.

//EDIT: omg, ok. And now I read you wonna introduce new campaigns, challenges etc. Ok, I said 3 years at least? Now I say 4 years as a minimum.

From a practical point of view, if you're not able to do the majority of the work yourselves, there is no way you'll be able to get any experienced modder on board.
You're not the first and probably not the last one that comes here with -sigh - yet another great mod concept.
But ideas are cheap, it is getting the ideas to work that is the main obstacle. So unless you can prove others you're a very capable man, none of the experienced modders is ever going to assist you and certainly not till the end...

I know I sound very harsh, but the lightness of your claims kinda betray you have not enough experience and modding maturity. Once you've done some serious modding you'll get a fair understanding on just how much work is involved in your project. You’re seriously underestimating the drag that time is going to have on your project.

My perception is that not even 5% of the newly started mods really end up to a playable stage. Having underestimated the amount of work is the main reason why most bite the dust. Internal conflicts and the inability to profile them as a good and skilful leader are also important causes for failure.

EveryBody:

I Agree that the mod that i'm trying to make demands a lot of work
But now that i have finished work , i'm all free to continu the process
today i've just made a building fully skinned and i'm willing to make others very soon, but for now i'm focusing on the layouts of the game,
i'm editing pictures and modifying sounds and music,
and for the armageddon 1 ( THE ULTIMATE BATTLE ) i'm going to keep the 6 nations but i'm not gonna create many w3d. I will add some and the others will be taken (if permitted) from other mods.
So the first armageddon will contain some modification in the units but not many
just to show to fans how powerfull the armageddon willl be in the future.

so to sum it all up:
the deadline to Armageddon The Ultimate Battle Will Be 4 to 5 Weeks From Now

Hey EveryBody

Good News

There's 2 modders who joined the team
and i teached both of them of how to skin
and we are making progress we've made so far 8 units/buildings
but there's some problems
first the realease date must be adjourned,
because i have a camp and it's 8 days.... :/

and the second thing is the thing that i need your help
so anyone who has an idea please reply

the thing is that i was trying to search of the way to make housecolors
and i finally realised that it's something attached to the bones
or this small grey cube or thing that appears
and i realised also that the turret and the turret pitch are parts of the bone thing also
and i donno anything about bones
so if there's someone who could lead me to the way of how to insert bones coz i've got no idea until now , and teach me how to manipulate or use them i will very gratefull..

that's all thanks

First off, your release was a unrealistic release date anyway..

Second, House colors are made by mapping a section of your skin in complete grey, and mapping it to the part of the model, which should be detached from the rest of the parts, and named Housecolor01.

Third, turrets are made in a different way...
You must parent the barrel to the turret, and anything else to the turret.

I am currently unavailable for modding due to three things..
I am currently in school, 9th grade, and I am having a rough time transitioning. This gives me less time to mod Generals..
I am currently modelling an Iowa class battleship to replace the original in ZH, and it is currently stalled due to above..
I do not currently have ZH or Generals on my computer, and I probably wont for quite some time..

Would help, but I cant right now....
