I Am Working On This Mod Most Of My Time But I'm 18 Years Old And I Work 5 Days A Week FullTime, So I Don't Have Much Time... Nor The Experience...

This Was Just An Introduction For The Upcoming Mode;

The Thing Is That Right Now I Still Need Three Things Which Are:

*Someone ( A Modder ) Who Has The Experience Of Creating Scripts
Or Can Provide Me With Some Easy Tutorial Because I Don't Have Time
To Search The Internet....

*The Second Thing Is That I Can't Find The Way Of How To Link The Skin
And The 3D Model Together ( I Never Took Trainings Or Courses About
3D Softwares So I'm New )... I Already Have RenX And ChilliSkinner...

*The Third Thing Is That I Need Modders To Help Me Finnish The Work
Faster.... Creating 3D Models....Creating Maps....And I'm Thinking About
Introducing New Campaigns And Missions And Challenges...

And Does Anyone Knows If There's Any Program That Can Help Me Create Videos Based On 3D Object And Backgrounds Like The Ones Of Empire Earth, Rise Of Nation, Generals, Lord Of The Rings...
Or Maybe Knows How To Extract Videos From Generals Replays...

f) CGI footage can be generated in pretty much any 3d modelling package.

Now, to get you back with your feet on the ground:

we're talking about 20-30 models per side, right? That's over 120 models....
If you manage to completly finish 1 model per week, you'll be very successful indeed ! I've some years of experience in modding CnC, so I know how it goes...

That leaves you with 120 weeks of works, or for easier comprehension : 2 yrs of development, without ever missing your weekly deadline...

My opinion... No way you'll get anywhere with your idea...

The Thing Is That I am using models from other mods
and there's some nation that has the same buildings or units
like europe and USA
Or China And Russia
Or Iran And Syria

So That Leaves Me Like 60 New Models To Create
And I Think That This Can Be Done If I Have 3 To 5 Modders that are helping me

I agree it is a good thing to always aim higher then what you can achieve, but with experience you'll learn that some things are simply out of reach when you aim too high...

Ok :

First of all , you look like someone who has some experience in the modding...

So why don't you join me and help me finish my thing
because i'm really into it now

i finished changing the main window menu doing it the way i think it's best
and i did all the transition pictures (All New Ones)

I Included The Flag Of The Nations And Made six Teams
i
Imported From Other Mods and from zero hour the units that i need for every nation, and i made for them all new pictures icons and i added a lot of new sounds

i changed the music (and put better songs)
and i made some maps (but without scripts)

right now my main focus is to make a complete new unit because i still don't perfectly know how to link the skin to the model , and i don't know what do the bones do and how to put them, and what is this mesh thing

As for the generals powers i modified some and imorted some others drom other mods but i still don't know how to create a new one (What is the enum thing)

And By The Way How Can I Add New Sides instead of changing the base side..

I know my limits and the limited amount of time I have available for modding. Hence why I only participate in 1 mod at the time and i'm already hooked on a mod.
To be honest, there is very little to nothing in your concept that can hold my interest. so no thanks...
