you need the finalbig program to create your own .big then just add the files into the .big file using finalbig

But you don't need to recompress them, your best option is to store the INI files in Data\INI. You can by all means create your own BIG archive and run the game using it, but do not replace the original BIG archives, leave them be exactly as they are. Any modifications will, if stored correctly, over-ride the default files.

cool thank you guys, i was able to figure it out, i decdide i was just gonna zip the data folder and the art folder and have it extracted into the zh folder. did a test try last nite and worked, also took my model and made a whole new unit and it worked, but after i made the 2nd one the game crashes on load so i have to delete it later and start from scratch again one that one. I am trying to make a futuristic WWIII mod for zh. Any one that has cool models they would like to donate for future vehicles i would appricaite, oh and also i like mechs the most. It took me forever to model the 2 i have right now
