Default Any Cutscene Limitations?

As everyone knows, there are "cutscenes", or could you say, "briefing" videos between the missions. I was wondering if they had any special time limitations, or does it simply cut off when the level has loaded? If I made my mod with proper and more interesting cutscenes, longer than that bloody 10 seconds of showing the globe being shown or just a reporter talking crap in the field, would this be possible?

Not that I am aware of, I think the progress bar is fake.

I've checked it, it's not a fake, that's why I wanted to know if it was either if it goes into the game when loaded, or when the movie has ended :/

I think there is a setting somewhere that holds the loading screen for a minimum period of time even if the loading is complete.

If you look in Campaign.ini in Generals (Not ZH) the campaign missions have a line that says VoiceLength = 17 or something similar. If you then look up the speech file defined by the BriefingVoice line, it seems that the VoiceLength is the number of seconds that the BriefingVoice speech takes.

In ZH these settings do not appear and are probably not used, so the game just starts when the video has finished playing. The video file names are found in Video.ini.

If you are tired of watching the intro videos, just rename the Movies directory in
Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\English\Movies
to Movies-off
or for Generals it is Data\Movies
