Ok, now that I got everyone's attention (this always work )

I have a problem with RenX. I can load it up, but every editing window is blurred like hell, and I can't figure out MaterialEditor. :dead:

I'd figure my question out myself, if it weren't for that damned blur, and reinstalling GMAX is something I will only use as a ultimate last-ditch effort.

Anyways, my question:
Can anyone open this model in GMAX, with all the bones intact, and rename the texture it uses from nvtbmstr.tga to t55d.tga, and rename the model itself from nvtbmstr.w3d to t55d.w3d? And if possible explain it to me for the moment I get RenX to work again...

I attached the w3d file, so it should be a 5 minutes work (I think/guess/hope). Thanks in advance, and sorry for the no-porn

Press the number 1 when it blurs. If it stays blurred chances are its a video card or driver issue. Which drivers did you choose to run it on when you installed it ?

How are your viewports configured? If they all say user in the corner you may have moved the non-perspective viewports out of alignment.

The short answer is no.

Porting the model into gmax is not a perfect port. you lose some data.

It is fixable.

You need to reanimate the treads material. There is a tutorial around somewhere for that, ie:search.

Select the rest of the model and press m this opens the material editor with the materials on the model intact. Then assign the new texture name to the material.

Make sure your bone have the geometry turned off and export that baby.

You may have some trouble with the flash effect. Same tutorial that has threads fix has that info.
