Default America's Rage (I lost the other thread)

Search was being slow and wouldnt pick up anything so I decided to make another thread.
I don't know if any of you remember the mod but anyway heres some new renders.
If any of you want more I can post some more.

Firstly a little recap of the story and before



OK next some renders with the same style as above.

I wil make more in the same style tomorrow, sorry about page stretchiness.

But that would mean redoing everything and tiberium wars doesnt work how i want it.
And its a good thing it sort of flopped coz it means people might still play this.
CNC den might show some of our stuff soon I sent more renders there.

Wow, do you make all your own models?

Also, although I asked this on another thread, I have not received an answer so maybe you can help me.

Can you tell me the ABSOLUTE poly maximum for the engine? It was assumed to be around 1k per unit however I installed the Xenoforce (Macross/Gundam) mod and have had no trouble with the units. Some of them are as high as 2800 polys.

The main reason I am asking is that I mod another game with vastly high poly models, but I think some of them would make great replacements for the mod (ie a better VF-1a, Basara, etc...)

I don't think there is a polly limit but you've probably heard the "sensible" ones.
However, two masters in my mod (yayo01 and aurorasean) say that its different to those and you can go higher.

I'll post a pic of our hero infantry in a bit who has over 800 pollies when they are only "supposed to" have less than 100.

I dont know if that is as big as those other mods though

But it is true that you can get pretty decent looking tanks and vehicles for around 400-600.

I'd say infantry need to be about 200-300 to stop them looking wierd, and Buildings can look good at around 1000.


Yes we make all our own models.
