Hello, I used to mod generals a couple years ago...But since then Ive got a new computer and have lost all of the tools...but I would like to get into modding it again

I know I should just try and find the tools myself, but I really have no idea where I can find them

if anyone could tell me where I can find these tools I would VERY much appreciate it

--RenX Gamepack for GMaX (or a w3d importer AND exporter for 3ds Max (Im using version 9))

--The Westwood W3D viewer

--The *.DDS Plugin for Paint Shop Pro

--FinalBIG (or any other good *.BIG file manager)


I cant think of anything else I need...but if anyone has any reccomendations on tools that would help I would appreciate it...I currently have NOTHING to work with and cant find any of these anywhere

I vaguely recall getting the Renegade Modding Tools, and that had the W3D viewer and RenX in it...but I dont know where to get that...If anyone could locate that for me that would be great too

Well thanks in part to lurking mastermind I have got all the tools

Just so anyone else that is getting started, or anyone that winds up in my situation, I compiled a .rar file of all the tools you will need to get started modding generals or zero hour

The package contains:
--CSF Editor
--FinalBIG 0.4
--RenX Gamepack for GMaX
--NVidia's *.DDS Plugin for Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop
--W3D Viewer

That should be all that you would need to mod zero hour or generals

Anyways, its been uploaded here at Deezire.net, with a readme for each file
