Default module tags

is there like a file that has al these module tags in it or is there something like that?

As far as INI files go, I don't think there is another file that holds all the modules tags. I think they're just ways for the game to recognize how a editor wants it to behave.

Module tags are just just to uniquely identify a module within an object. As long as each module tag text is unique within the object, it can be any string of text. Just make sure there are no dublicates, like you must not have two modules named ModuleTag_05.
