Have you installed a mod lately, or have been tinkering with the game directroy? If so, you might want to try to reinstall the game.

If you were trying to modify any part of the game's coding (or downloaded a faulty code someone else did), there must be a problem in the syntax. Check the file (if mentioned) and try to find the error manually. Maybe some code was left out, or a symbol was added/omitted. If everything looks fine, then replace the code with a backup version that works, or reinstall the whole thing.

It could be a coding error in a mod, in which case, if you load up Zero Hour's world builder with the mod installed in the game program directory (and not in the My Documents sub directory), it might debug it and tell you where the fault is.

Another possibility is a bad no-CD crack. If you use no-CD cracks, first do a fresh install of the game from CD, then update to version 1.04 using the official EA patch, then get the Zero Hour 1.04 no CD crack by IGN / iguana. You can find it on gamecopyworld.com or gameburnworld.com i think.
