Default Sidewinder missels

is it possible to make an upgrade for the raptor called sidewinder missiles which when shot swerve and criss cross untill they hit the taget. and possible increaseing the damage of the missile?
if so could you please help me?

It is possible to do a mod that will do that.

It is also possible to do it in a map.ini though in that case, to make it do more damage you would have to make the projectile object fire an additional weapon when it dies since you cannot modify weapon.ini stuff in map.ini.

I suggest for the projectile object you use the model from the scorpion rocket as it looks bigger and more powerful. You could also use a scaled up tank hunter missile as it looks a bit like a sidewinder, or a scaled up flashbang grenade model as it also looks a bit like a sidewinder.

To make it swerve around, modify the locomotor for the projectile and refer to the one used by the scud storm missile to see how to make it wobble as it flies. I suggest you make it fly slower than the raptor missile so you can see it swerving more, and increase the range in weapon.ini and the shroud clearing and vision range of the raptorjet to match it.

K THANKS BUT i got everything up and stuff but when i go to play the game it crash's i checked y and it sayed the weapon ini file here is what i have for it. can any find whats wrong?
