Default SuperWeapon Scripting need help

Hi,
I'm new in this scripting stuff though i played generals and zero hour for years. I have questions regarding superweapon scripting and AI. (i'm talking about superweapon fired from building eg. particle cannon, scudstorm...)

1. How to order the AI fire the superweapon immediately after the timer counted to 0.00 ? (the AI just love to wait and sometimes until their sw building got destroyed. it pissed me off).

2. How to make the USA faction and its generals make random choices of battle plan ?. (Currently i had to make them choose 1 battle plan only.)

i checked with cncguild but it seems like the're dead already. new post (not by me) has been unanswered. this forum is still active..

1. Make a script that runs every coule of seconds and does not disable on success, that says if the player's special power is ready to fire, then fire it at his opponent's highest cost area.

2. Use a frame countdown timer set to random no. of frames, stop it, then have a set of scripts check and do different things, like if frame timer < 10 then strategy center named whatever will use command button to change to bombardment, but if not then run second script which checks if fram timer < 20 and if so then uses search and destroy, else uses hold the line.
