It is better to put it in the subdirectory of Program Files as some things in mods will not work from the My Documents one.

Does your mod have to be so big? It is 49MB in size. I notice it contains a lot of things that are already in the game, it looks like the entire INIZH.BIG is in it. Do you really need all those files in your mod? If you did not make any changes to a file you can leave it out of your mod and the game will use the original. Try and keep your file size down because it takes very long to download, and also takes up more hard disk space that could be used for something else.

I don't know about this one. What kind of things?

For the unchanged ini files included, that because I forgot what files I've change. Need time for clean those things. Sorry :P

Exclamation Bug Found!

For all who have downloaded my mod and played as Boss General may notice the Boss paradrop not work properly and some power shortcut button missing. I'm still trying to find what causing this, but this problem will be fixed on next mod version. I'm so sorry. Thank you.

Well, the reason I make this mod is I want to make better zero hour (in my way) by fixing several bugs and change the gameplay a little. And a new mod usually have new stuff, so I add some. I've worked on this mod for years and I don't want to waste this mod and all of my spent time.

Thumbs up NProject Version 2.3 Out!

The second release of NProject!

What's new in this version:
- '_test new units' map files included!
- USA Mortar and China Flamethrower now buildable!
- Add more new units for Laser General
- All infantry spill bloods when hitted by bullet and melee weapons!
- Reduce the mod's BIG file by removing most unchanged / unnecessary INI files
- Fix missing Boss General Paradrop and shortcut buttons
- Fix the missing USA Crate Drop

Also, some changes:
- New SCUD Storm missile detonation and death animation
- Biohazard Technician fully resist toxin/radiation from the start (no chemsuits needed)
- Balances for Ambulance and Toxin Tractor armors
- Boss General superweapons build cost reduced to 6000 from 7500
- Poisoned and burned infantry never been attacked again
- Combat Chinook now available at Airfield
- MiG napalm missiles never creates firestorm again if used againts aircrafts
- Pathfinder attack speed reduced to 67%
- Boss Carpet Bomb now requires 5 Star General promotion
