Sure,
have a look at the tutorial on this side :P

It is pretty easy, but a personalised flag (there is a tutorial on how to do this in photoshop) rocks more !

i ddint really understand the deezire tutorial that well. its not descriptive enuf for third time modders. if u understand it, plz explains it better for me

Okay well, I will say this, As an experienced mapper trying to make a new mod.... this shit is HARD when ya dont know where to look. LMAO... and I have found the slightest mistake will toss the program in a tissy.

But I have several several questions. I dont need you to do the work just answer a few questions so here they are.


1) When making a new upgrade (in my case universal propoganda for all sides) will the game know how to apply the upgrade if I make one and name it how I want. I mean I am basically looking at the codes of the propganda center in China its upgrades and such and C&Ping them to USA and placing them in the strategy center. I named it something unique (America HomeLand Support)

2) In the commandset.ini I added the upgrades into button slots... will the game recognize what to put there with the new names?

I have so many more questions if someone would care to love and email me and maybe offer to be a answer guy or girl for me I would be SO grateful.
