hi I have tried to add a second button for the rank 8 section of the Generals upgrade thing. the button is there but it make the Exit Button sound and when I click on it I get a internal error that is in the game engine somewhere (it gives no ini file or other file) also ther is no image where there should be one, I copied the ButtonRank8Number0 and made it ButtonRank8Number1 and gave it the correct placement of the button but I still have error. what did I do wrong...?

You can't add a button if Generals doesn't recognise the input, so you can't add an extra button to the Exp Menu because every button that's in there is filled. It's one of the limitations of the game.

Actually, you can add one anywhere but at the highest rank (try under the pathfinder\hijacker button)

You can even add them to the last row to fake (last rank) type effect.

Do a search for the tutorial should be around here somewhere.

You can only have one button for rank 8.
