Hey, ive figured out the upgrades, but what exactly are the module tags??

Modules are part of the Modular design of Generals.

Module Tags are there to help Generals along because there may be several duplicates of the same module type within an object, it allows Generals to quckly jump to the required module as all modules within one object should have a different string of ascii chars
