Blitz3:FE
I don't think many of you remember this, but Blitzkrieg 2 was the first announced conversion for CNC:Generals. Proclone and I actually started work on the project during the Generals Beta test (for a little trip down memory lane you can see our first screenshots
here at the way bottom). Keeping with that tradition I'd like to announce
Blitzkrieg 3: Fortress Europe; a WW2 conversion for the upcoming RTS
"Battle for Middle Earth". This is not a port of Blitzkreig 2 over to B4ME, since we are changing the gameplay as well as much of the graphics (mainly the buildings and infantry). The focus of this project will be to take advantage of the dynamic campaign system that B4ME uses, and use it to create a fully dynamic WW2 campaign. This means that you would move your armies around the map of europe and fight WW2 anyway you please. We will be releasing more information on this as it progress's, and aim to start work on the models and textures for it shortly.
