Default BFME Inside The Battle 8

Not sure if this is the right forum or not, but the BFME Inside the Battle volume 8 is available here:

yea this is the right place for it

The video shows some interesting things.

1) It shows how the seige towers work, essentially like a tunnel that automatically unloads the troops from the other end (I wonder, does it work in the opposite direction as well?)

2) Castle doors, are these manually controlled? I dunno how this works or how its implemented exactly, but it might let us do some cool stuff...

I am loving the attention to detail as well. The guys going into the siege tower don't just disappear and then reappear at the other end, you can see them climbing up the tower. I would agree with you smurf that gates are manually controlled. Seems to be something like Age of Empires where you could "lock" your gate to prevent your troops from going outside.

I think they may be manually controlled... I'm sure someone said in the commentary something about one of the players 'forgetting to shut their gate' or something.
