Default .bse files

So far I havent been able to find anyone who knows how to open one of these let alone edit it. I've tried a Hex Editor and Notepad but both through a load of rubbish at me. Anyone know how to open one of these, best idea we have so far is that it is envolved in Worldbuilder but I cant find anything in Worldbuilder that points to them. Anyone else got any ideas?

if you havent noticed it yet, bse files are just map files renamed to bse. Simply open up world builder, go to file > open, click browse, find the folder with maps, then type *.bse <enter> into the name feild, and you should be able to see the bse files. Open it up and its there just like a map.
