Default Question about the WitchKing

I see in the "gamedata.ini" file that not only mounted on a Nazgul he has an attack but i also see entries for 3 other types as if he is on the ground including "mace" and "sword" attacks. Now forgive me for not fully finishing the Evil Campaign but I do not see an option to Dismount the WitchKing or to build him non-mounted.

Any help would be appreciated on knowing how i activate these other attacks.

I found that orginally the Nazgul was going to be able to walk around, so I assumed that the Witch King could probably dismount in the alpha.

I see, so I take it that the option to mount and dismount the Nazgul has been removed... shame sounded like a nice feature.

If the models and animations for the dismounted version are still present it should be possible to recreate that option relatively easily.

They are still in the game but it was never an option to have him mount/dismount. The idea was that he became controllable after his Fellbeast was killed but this was discarded in favor of the fact that all heroes can respawn after theyve been killed.

I guess there might be issues since the fellbeast is a flying creature. It would have to land in order for him to dismount which might cause problems if the player told him to dismount over unfavorable terrain such as mountains or water.

So it is possible to have the WitchKing as single unit then, cool.

Darn, this game is begging to annoy me and bore in the way of editing. :/

It works fine, I just tried it, the only problem that needs solving is that the Witch King and his Fellbeast are two different objects so when the Fellbeast dies and ejects the Witch King you can spawn another one from your Citadel - and having two Witch Kings shouldnt really be allowed.
