Default BFME mapeditor doesen't start

I get a "exception_access_violation" when i try to start the mapeditor.
adress: 0x00000000

i know the mapeditor is only beta, but shouldn't it at least start?

i had no what so ever problem with C&C generals when i was mapping.

havent found anything in other forums either.

from my snaps i noticed this: "EAX:0x00000000"

does that mean that the problem is with my soundcard?
how can that be possible in a editor when the gam in it self works perfectly?
