Default Camera Path

Does anyone know how to make the camera follow a path?
I looked inside Shellmap1.map and all the camera movement seems to be done with the “named camera locations” waypoints… but I couldn’t find any way of modifying their location once they are put on the map (those waypoints cannot even be selected)
I also tried “Move along a spline path” action, but it doesn’t work…
Other camera movement actions, like snapping to a unit, work just fine…

Many thanks,
REM

Use the waypoint tool to make a waypoint path - once you place the first waypoint, you kinda have to 'drag and drop' the successive ones from each previous one to create a path. In the waypoint dialogue box, name the waypoint path, then use the script action to get the camera to follow the waypoint path

Well… that’s precisely what I’ve been trying but it doesn’t work.
I can make the camera move to a specific waypoint in ‘x’ seconds, but the script that is supposed to make it move along a named path doesn’t move it at all

sorry if this breaks your current discussion but...how about assigning the camera to follow an object...one that can be controlled by the player...i already changed the pitch of the camera and its totally awesome but id love to be able to change it ingame...what would the purpose of controlling the camera be? do you want to make movies from replays or something?
