TOW Tools 2.2.5 is a complete and powerful utility for Generals, Zero Hour and Battle for Middle-Earth. It includes a complete BIG editor (with preview for TGA, DDS, PNG, etc...) and a CSF Editor. Nice program but the CSF editor wouldn't load the file. And it's not been edited in any way. Told me it was not a valid CSF file...

Looks nice, but it just crashes every time I try to run it and, yes, I agreed to install the VB 6 run times.

Updated, seems to work fine on all systems now
