Default New tutorial added

New tutorial for BFME We have added a new tutorial on editing/adding the spellbook for BFME. Stop by and have a look.

(EDIT) Seems we found our first bug. If you use an existing spellbook for the new faction than it works but a new spellbook does not. An edited spellbook of course works.

Deezire any insight on why a new properly placed spellbook does not work. Please review the tutorial and see if we missed something.
