Extended Edition Mod
Hey DeeZire, could you post something for those of us who tried to use your mod and some strange screen comes up saying 'move for no one, or something to that effect? This is a great website and very original. I liked much of the stuff you had for BFME mod, but when I install it and then try to load the game, like I said a weird screen shows up and it won't load. I still have the file for it. Is there something I should do to make it work. Please remember that you are working with a tech 'tard. Good luck with your work, it sounds awesome.

You are using the 1.02 patch with the mod. Download the newer version, 2.00, of the mod and it will work fine as well as correct a few issues in the first version
Welcome to geek-dom BTW

Alright, stellar amigo!
I've never actually tried out the Command & Conquer series and I'm kicking myself now because I could've a long time ago in the days of Playstation One. How many actual installments (including expansions) are there for Command & Conquer? Frankly, there is a TON that could be done with the Battle for Middle Earth as the world in it is quite huge. I know Jackson is now starting work on the Hobbit, but I am hoping a few years down the road when us geeks (even the rather unlearned ones) will then be aged like a fine wine and can sit back with our kids and watch the Silmarillion. Don't know if you have read it (I intend to in the near future) but I wonder if it is capable of being split into three installments like LOTR. Man, think of the possibilities with all of that stuff. You can have the battles of the Valar and Melkor's fall as he becomes Morgoth. And from that you could even show how the wickedly evil process of creating fell beasts out of dead dragons, goblins & orcs out of dead elves, and the just the flat-out nastiness of Morgoth's work was done through necromancy just like Saruman created his Uruk Hai. I hope EA and the design team keep in contact with the LOTR New Line Cinema people and consider all of these possibilities. Thanks DeeZire, and like I said, good luck in the matches, and may either the light of the Valar, or the Eye of Sauron guide thee which ever you may choose. I still say however that the son of an albino ent is a son of a beech. There is a an ent named beech. Do you know anyone working with sigs, avatars, and graphics that would want some .jpg pics for their work from LOTR? I've got quite a collection going so far.

Is this Extended Edition Mod supposed to work in EA Official Maps? Because for some reason Heroes and the Tech Tree aren't showing up at all. They will in Player Made Maps...but not ithe Official maps.

Well DeeZire mi amigo (not Mexican, just love the food), I haven't been able to get the Mod to work for some strange reason. It seems to install fine, but when I go to load the game, the title screen shows up for a few seconds, then an error screen shows up that says something like 'Move for No One,' or something like that. It has a bunch of other stuff that this tech 'tard doesn't quite understand. I'd love to play a Mod like yours' because for what it has it seems to be the best of them all online. Maybe I'm just not installing it right. See the way that I did it was that I went ahead and uninstalled the 1.02 version I had installed. I then when ahead and reinstalled it. I then installed the Mod, then after the Mod, installed the 1.02 patch. It didn't work this way so I tried it once again. Does this Mod only work with the 1.02 patch or are you updating your Mod to run with 1.02? Either way, good luck on your work there. Man, it would be great if EA would get some of you better programmers on board and develop an official expansion, especially if you put that much work into it. I have read where some people are even wanting to make a Silmarillion Mod which sounds interesting....but...I would have to say wait until PJ & his son (who just may go to UCLA film school) actually decide to someday make a pre-trilogy similar to George Lucas. I do know the Hobbit is already in the works. Where you able to make your dragons look anything like Smaug? lol. I think PJ just might make the Hobbit just a bit bigger than one of the LOTR installments. I betcha I know who's playing King Thranduil of Mirkwood. The guy who wanted to be Elrond.

Is there anyway to run the campains without fatal errors?
The mod itself is very good, but it isn't coded for the campains.
