ok my suggestions,
-add rohan warrriors- rohan is very weak early on, and needs a melee unit to fight for outposts and to take out creeps, peasents just dont cut it,
-reduce FOL oupost farms to 200- the entire point of an outpost farm, is a cheap way to create an economy, making them 350 severly reduces FOL's abilities early on,
-new heroes (isengard)- isengard is way strong early on, but when FOL starts getting herpoes isengard takes a fall lurtz and saruman cant stand up agfainst rohans 6 heroes, no wait 7, i say add ugluk, sharku, heck maybe even grima, things to inprove isengard abilities late game
-improved warg riders- wargs are supposed to be deadly wolves, but are super weak! they should be like rohirrim able to create a wild warg when killed, so the warg rampages around killing until it is destroyed, and warg bowman, they are supposed to be isengard elite bow unit, crossbows stand hardly any chance again rohirrim archers,
-mordor orcs- improve them! maybe not attack or speed, but make it so they have a little more life, or maybe another type of orc,
-mordor wargs- mordor has no mounted units
every faction does eccept mordor, besids they were a vital unit in the siege of minas tirith,
-gondor- needs new units, gondor spearmen, citadel guard...
