Default The order of things... A Guide to Modding?

I'm new to modding, and have tutorials for basically everything needed to produce a decent mod, however has anyone ever produce a basic guide to modding, preferably for BFME, but it doesn't have to be.

Meaning, a guide that has, "First thing you do is concept art, storyline, etc...: After that build your map, then castle, the models, then skin, etc..
or doesn't it really matter.

For experienced modders, the order in which to do things is a no-brainer, but for newbies, it might not be. Also a guide like this helps to make sure everything needed to make a complete mod is done.

Just an idea.
