Both are correct as stated.... if ur looking for an online experience forget it u will have resulted in a wrong version or mismatch or whatever it says .... i believe ur looking for a modified map so that u can play starting with the full complement of powers whichever side u choose to play with.... so here is the step by step...
1. open up scripts and create a new script ...
2. then select actions if true...
3. expand player section (Not player_)
4. select experience and then...set rank level
5. for the player??? select local player and rank to what u want...
6. u may choose different options as well in the player??? section but be warned... if u choose all players ur enemies shall get the power aswell and u will have 2 boots in ur ass quicker than rabbits punch the clown
