Hiya, I've just unpacked ini.big and before I go around tinkering with stuff I'd like to get some 'expert' advice.
Apperantly this isn't going to be as easy to edit as Red Alert was and I don't want to mess anything up.

Ultimatly I would like to increase the effect size of certain powers and there damage/heal rates (namely I would like for the heal ability to heal 100% health and effect a larger radius).
I would also like to make the Balrog, Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin into buildable characters, and alter some character health values.

I'm sure I'll be doing more, but giving the files a glance, it looks to me like most of them crossreferance with other files and that if I edit a value in A, I would have to edit something else in B and C file for it to work/not crash my game.

Any help/advice/suggestions will be appreciated.
