Default AI not taking over Oil Derricks or Buildings in Generals.

Hello Everyone

I made a new map, and the AI do everything but take over the Tech Oil Derricks (TOD's) (in Generals) I gave them right at their bases. They will take over the ones in the middle of the map.

It takes a long time before another AI will take over a local AI's Tech Oil Derricks (TOD).

Believe me, the oil derricks have the properties turned on.

I even tried to set waypoints to the TOD from the inner perimeters of their bases.

The TOD's are right behind their bases, practically on the bases.

This is a weird phenomenon, someone please help me.

try putting either the center, flank, or backdoor within 6 tiles from the tech stuctures, it seems to help alot, aswell make the tech structures witin ur inner perimeter as ive had ai react to the tech structures very well in my maps ive made.

or just buy the Zero Hour expansion pack (the AI in this expansion is improved so it has a special capture team to capture the tech structures

yes i agree with that, but that team is only used if u incluse the combat area if u do not the ai capture teams arent generated...
