To get AI to build at their base...
1. In 'Edit player List', click 'Add Skirmish Players'
2. All the teams must be in 'PlyrCivilian', click 'add team' for them in 'Team Builder'
3. They must all be named 'Player_#_Inherit', where # is their number
4. Add bases, whether it be camps or castles.
5. Call the bases 'BASE_FLAG_#)
6. Give the base ownership to the team of the same number, eg. 'Player_1_Inherit' must own 'BASE_FLAG_1'
NB. because 'Player_1_Inherit' is under 'PlyrCivilian', in the drop down list for ownership, it will say 'PlyrCivilian/Player_1_Inherit
7. Add starting waypoints. again these must correspond with player/base number
8. Expansion flags, named in the same way as camps, must have their number above the player numbers. In your case - 'BASE_FLAG_3'. Note - AI only expands named plots. Exp. Flag are owned by 'PlyrCivilian'
9. Add 'Economy Plots'. They are named 'ECON_FLAG_#'. The number doesnt matter, like with base flags, just number them 1 to whatever, add give them to 'PlyrCivilian'
