Default Some Help?

I am trying to make a mobile bunker (infantry shoot thier occupy weapon out of it) and I was wondering if it was possible?
I am also trying to make a railtank but its elite weapon (MechRailgun) won't work. Does anybody know what to do?
Sorry if I sound newby-ish.

You need to post your codes for the mech railgun or nobody will help you... get DeeZires tutorials in the downloads section, use these to help you.

Tried it. Won't let me use any kind of railgun for the elite weapon, and it wouldn'e make sense to have a prism weapon or anything like that.
