Default Infantry Won't Undeploy

Like it says up top, I have an infantry that won't undeploy when you deploy it. I'm using DE2001's deploying Chrono Legionnaire. Does this have something to do with the Chrono locomotor or did I just do something wrong?

I did that already. I've probably messed up the rules somewhere. I really need to know if infantry with the Chrono locomotor can deploy and undeploy.

did you put any deployable=1 or something in the infantry rules? it requires that to delpoy in the game.
