Why tell him to search on the web?
It is available at xccu.sourceforge.net
But like I said earlier for the ini files he should just leave them in the RA2 directory and not bother to put them into mix files.
FYI ( for your information ):
mix files for mods should be named
expand(md)XX.mix or ecache(md)XX.mix
md is for YR only without the md is usually read by RA2 and YR.
XX is for the numbers 02 through 99, and yes you need the leading zero ( "O" ).
When you create a mix file in XCC Mix Editor you can drag and drop files into an open mix file.
