The simple answers are always the easiest,
can you put any size file in it? Because I got a playlist that equals about 36 megabytes
Edit: on KaZaA Im a Deity! Participation level 508, take that Mr. Guy!
EDIT2: Right then, do you put the WAVs in the thememd.mix?
and also, i converted the files, but in Mixer 3 say unknown, and one says mp3, but in explorer, the file type is Wave Sound

I did this;
I converted some mp3 files to IMA ADPCM; 22.050 kHz; 4BIT; MONO wav files. with winamp.
the next thing I did was putting those songs into my ra2 dirrectory
and put them in theme.ini
I don't see what the problem is

Yes, you can probably increase the size to at least 1 gb.

You don't need to put the WAVs in a MIX.
Mixer 3?

O.K. so I dont HAVE to put it in a mix then, right? So this may be my last question I'll ask you about this theme stuff ( or maybe the first in a whole other line of questioning
I assume you guys know about the parts in a Thememd.ini file, my wav file is called Hellmarch.wav, so im guessing I should name the section {HELLMARCH] right? and the Name= would be THEME:Hellmarch, and set it to normal. But what do I type in the sound= area?

You dont have to do that. Put the music files that you want into your RA2 dir and run XCC theme writer from XCC mixer
let me reword that part, In the mixer three

YESSSS! I finally got it to work on YR! First learning this editing stuff can be a pain, I guess it gets easier after a while though.
Anyone know other good musics I could find off the net? I like the rock beat music like Hell march and Hell march 2, as well as Grinder, but no lyrics though. Lyrics can ruin a song if you hear them every single time you play a game.
BTW, thanx everyone!

Just run XCC Theme Writer. Otherwise use 8.3 style filenames
