Default Third Side Issiue

I am developing a mod and I noticed that the Allies have allway out numberd the Soviets, So I want to make It a little more fair. I am going to move Korea to the Third Side. That makes it more even at 4-4-2. But I tryed to do this and initialy I thought I had done well, But When I tested it, it looked ok from the start, but then I saw the Soviet Enemy. His base was made up as follows
1, a Soviet Conyard
2, a Yuri Clonig Vat
3, Three Yuri Powerplants
Thats all, then I gt an Int. Error trying to play as Russia.
Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

No Sry, When This Happend I deleted the File That I Did It With. I Backed Up My Origional Before That Though. But That Wont Help Here. Can Anyone Tell Me How They Have Done It?

I have done an yuri ally that has both allied and soviet stolen technology in my mod. This side start with an ally MCV (as it was based on british). Now this side is 98% completed with its brutal ai. Hopefully i'm in 70% progress at my mod.

Could you give me some advice then, too?
I've replaced the US by a side called the "Star Force", and I've got two probs there:

1. Their flag is scrambled...you know, the flag next to the name when you select a country, or on the diplomatics-screen...I originally inserted it as an SHP, as all flags are there as SHPs in YR...it wouldn't show up at all...so I entered a PCX-version of it, which caused the image to show up, but not correct...I've also tried compiling the flag with SHP-compression disabled, but no use anyway...any advice? :/

2. The AI won't deploy my new MCV!? I've set up a script in the aimd.ini that tells the AI to deploy the new MCV if it has it...but it simply won't! I've also added it into this "MCV-List" in the general-section or whatever it is, I even put it in the first place...but no use...any idea?

@Pheonix: It's technically very simple...just replace the loading screen with a Yuri schemed one and change the Korean country-specs to thirdside and stuff, and it should work; if you need a new MCV just copy the allied one and fix the Owner=-entry...the Korean one gets Owner=Alliance (or whatever Korea is), while you have to delete Alliance on the Allied MCV...

When u add a new mcv, it will b instantly destroyed if u'll start the skirmish at short game mode. If u check it off then the new mcv will not b destroyed, but the ai never take that mcv as a base unit. Thats why i scraped the idea using new mcv for new side and gave allied mcv to that side. As an yuri country that side should have the yuri mcv but i didnt gave them that as that has also side specific problem to AI. Now i gave the new side a hover allied mcv that deploys into GACNST and after undeploy that turns into normal mcv. Its funny looking but i have no other way.

As flag question, i didn't do the flag yet. But i'll check it from the other mods. I always analyse famous mods as reference.

The flag image should be a 47x23 pcx image. You should have no problems if you get this right. The best way to create a new one is to edit an existing one because then you get the side symbol and the flag size properly, all you have to do is change the flag on it.

That's basically what I did...I'll try leaving out the shp again...perhaps it helps...

Psycho, a big 'thank you' goes to you...you just explained my latest beta's greatest mystery...appearently, my beta-testers were unable to play my new side, because it always blew up when they started the game - while this never happened to me...

Yet reading your post, the explanation is quite simple: They're playing with short game on, while I always leave this off...

Seems like I have to start a massive RequiredHouses attack to get the Star Forces have the right buildings...
