I might be able to help you some but not much, I have my own mod and website to run, but I might be able to spare some help.

Here's how u can make the "IMA ADPCM" wav files from mp3

Required softwares
1)Winamp
2)XCC Mixer

note : I'm writing evering from my mind, so there can b little mistakes

Converting steps:
1) Mp3>Wav : open the mp3 at winamp playlist. now press ctrp+p. here goto output option and select "Disk Writer PlugIn", configure where the wav file will b written.
2) Make sure that "repeat" mode is off. Now play the whole song, it'll b converted into wav in the destination u configured. Now set the output option back to default (Direct sound).

Converting normal wav to "IMA ADPCM" wav file:
3) Ok, u've got the wav file. Now open the file at the left pane of XCC ixer
4) Set destination path for converted wav file at middle pane
5) Goto left pane, right click on the wav file and choose something like copy as IMA ADPCM wav file
6) Ok u've got the converted IMA ADPCM formatted wav file at the destination folder

Ok, then it must be a rules problem, because i have done it both ways, yet THE SAME THING just keeps happening. This is getting me very annoyed (not your fault).

GOT IT! I FINNALLY GOT IT!!!!! If you have windows XP, open any wave file in the built in sound editor. Then, click file, save as... In the save as dialogue, click the change settings button (near where you click the save button.) Under the 'format' drop down menu, choose IMA ADPCM, then choose 22.050 kHz, 4 bit, stereo. Then click ok and save, it will then work, i've tried it!!!!!! If you like, I could try to post the sound editor for download, i dont know if it will work though (the download, not the teqnique)
