GLA renamed to Arab Liberation Front (ALF)
Command Center built PAC-3s and S-300s can undeploy like the factory built ones
New defenses- XM777 and Tank Entrenchment
Readjusted artillery's range and damage
Fixed M270 slowdown after firing. Damage decreased but firing rate increased.
Aircraft's speed changed
B-2, B-52 and Tu-160's cost increased and damaged decreased
Tu-160 carries only 1 payload of bombs
B-52 drops an MOAB instead of launching a nuclear missile
Many explosions changed to new ones

ALF Saboteur Camp takes 10 minutes to use Anthrax Strike instead of 12 minutes
Type 85 tanks are armed with flamethrowers as a secondary weapon
Challenger II tanks armor and firepower increased
Zubrs are available to China and ALF as a naval transport
SpySat Stations and Radar Vans can shroud its surrounding area, denying infomation to the enemy
New secret unit added. This totals to 3 secret units to be found in Code Red
