Ok Lpark.... your's gave the same result as Psycho's. I even tried taking out the Sparky=.... and... it does nothing.
It shot out the Blimpbombs horizonally... not vertically.... and shot them without parachutes. The bombs would fly out of the jet fast and straigh for the end of the map and disappear.
Please look at the previous screenshots to see what I'm talking about.
Remember... the goal is to have a flying jet unit drop these Blimpbombs attached to Parachutes.
well i dont think parachuter= will work on anything but a dummy style weapon that initiates a infantry drop so i doubt it will work as i tried it earlier and had no result

Give the weapon Floater=yes and the bombs should just drop.
You could use an animated projectile, and make the parachute part of each frame of the projectile image.
Hmm, terrible problems. :dead:
Try to give the bomb a trail. goto art/artmd ini and make a trail code and give it the image of parachute shp file. u may have to use modified shp file so that it contains no more fold anim (that fold anims may coz problem) . Hope this will work.
It's the Vertical-tag that does the ill thing. When you have Vertical=yes on a projectile dropped from a unit with the plane-locomotor it turns into moving in a horizontal projectory rather then a vertical one, the plane-locomotor seems to invert it of some reason. Either use a unit that hovers (like the blimp) or remove the Vertical-tag from the projectile and you will see you bombs drop to the ground.
I've never been able to make a voxel-graphic parachute. You should use a .shp-file with the bomb instead.
Well, if you're willing to sacrifice a paradrop superweapon...
You could make an infantry that will blow up whan it hits the ground (forgot how at present, made it a while ago, but I could look it up if you don't know how) give it a deathweapon that looks like a big explosion, give it parabomb graphics, and have one of the paradrop superweapons (I suggest the american one) drop these infantry.
