Ok when i add an art entry and save it then when i open it again it deletes with no trace of anything.

Im usin tibed by the way but f anyone could to tell me how to do this right then thanks

Click on Start, Configuration, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, TibEd, Add or Remove.

Then click on Start, Programs, Accessories, Wordpad.

TibEd is a good attempt, but i suggest to avoid using it. You can understand much more by editing ini files directly.

check whether if you have the professional version of tibed..coz the unregistered version of tibed sometimes mix or delete some entries by itself, especially when your trial period expires...i dont know why, but you can always edit your files manually using any .ini editor instead.

what kind of unit?

EDIT:
shp or voxel, infantry, tank, naval unit, aircraft?

look at the stuff that's in there already and make entries that are similar.

Try to ask more specific questions.

Hmm ....... possible coz : the attribute of that art(md).ini is set to Readonly
