ok, this could take awhile,
A) Change the cameos by extracting the shp's(into pcx) from the mix of what you want, edit the image, convert to SHP, and import.
B) Use XCC string editor included in XCC mixer, under launch. Find the UIName of the nuke and change the description to Rad Missle
C)open explorer, open xcc mixer, make a new mix file(with XCC mix editor), from there open your new mix in XCC mixer, shrink explorer so you can see both the XCC mixer and explorer at the same time.
Now, select all files you want to import into the mix and drag and drop into the open mix. Right click on the open mix in XCC mixer , and choose Compact.
'That should get you covered, if you need any more help, just ask

You have to compact the mix if you make a new one.
You can use paint shop pro, you should have converted them to PCX

If you save the cameo as a PCX, then you can go to where you saved it in XCC mixer, and right click it and select convert to shp(ts). IF you cant figure out how to put the cameos into the mix files, then you can just leave the shp files in the C:\Westwood\Ra2 folder and the game will use them.

And that's one of the methods to play YR mods without the patch.
