This was heavily researched about a year ago by Deezire and Deezeez IIRC and they could never get the TLB to recompile correctly as stated. The TLB is supposed to be created on compilation of the exe but the hope was that maybe a few effects could be made to work again such as planes crashing when the weather storm activated and certain weapons wouldn't fire. I very much doubt that anyone will ever get this to work if the DZ team couldn't...not because its nessesarily impossible but because I don't think the persons with the needed skill will ever see this and take the challenge. The possible things it might reenable were not all that great anyhow...perhaps the real EMP logic and the weather storm effects as stated, but not much else.

i wonder if we copuld get get a former wws worker to leak out the title of the program they used..i estimate that they would not biuld their own editors
You guy's aren't paying attention are you? There is no WW editor for tlb files, the tlb is compiled at the same time as the exe file is and thus it is the C++ compiler (which I assume is what they used to develop the program) that made the file or an associated compiler for that development platform.
Hm, Blade is it possible that RA2.tlb was compiled simultaneously as other files were built (maybe not only the exe but referencing to other libraries situation)? Cause in that case, its actually impossible if you donīt have the previous stance of those files, which would mean, impossible if you dont have the whole game before being built in files.
