XCC Mixer 1.21 and PSP 7

you said that your first building was dumb..some ppl said it was cool and theres someone who would like to use it ..so why dont you post your new building and let ppl decide for u..i might use it coz i need a tech building too

it will be alot better if you moved the radar behind the building...otherwise its ok

and genobreaker you can use it but it isn't finished yet I haven't got the flag to work yet and I don't have a damaged image.
