Ok from the start.

1. Open the image you want the flag on and the first flag animation.

2. Convert the image that you want to have the flag on to RGB mode.

3. Copy the flag and make it into a layer on the image you want the flag on.

4. Select actions, make a new action and record.

5. Use color range to get rid of the blue color on the flag layer (donīt record this).

6. And now start the record again and use the filter offset to move it to the right location. Stop recording after this and close the image.

7. Open the first flag animation frame again and start the record again but from the top of the new action. Convert to RGB, select color range (blue color) inverse it and stop recording. Start recording again and use the enlarge canvas to get it in the same size as the building you want the flag on. Close it again.

8. Open the first frame again make a new color table and save the color table. Start recording from the last section of the action, flatten the image and apply the color table. Close it and open it for the last time, make a change that wonīt be noticed on the image. Start recording from the bottom of the list of the action and save it and close it.

9. Select the batch conversion and apply your action to all the frames of the flag.

Well once you know how to use this it is alot faster.
