Ok I've been trying to figure this out how do you add a Tech Building flag to a new tech building you made?

I'd say you just copy and paste the building flags.

no all the tech buildings are separate from the flags and If I copy and pasted it wouldnt move in the wind it would just sit there.

consider the wind is gone

i guess that you must give it an activeanim= tag then add you active anim to the art.ini

Or, it might be neat to kinda add some detail to the flag so it is folded up, like there is no wind at all.

You can open up a flag image and copy it into a blank blue image that is the same size as your tech building. Place it where it should be, and do the same for the rest of the animation frames. I think that's how its done.

That would work but it is to much work, if you have photo shop just make a new action with the correct info and batch the files instead (does not take long at all ).
