Whenever i use tutorials that show how to make a vehicle move on a map it just gives a internal error

Are U using FinalAlert2 cuz if you are thre should be a tutorial there itself. I dont know bout the others. And if youre editing a map (rather than create your own) thats another thing I guess...

Both tutorials describe how to make it work correctly (just checked the RADEN one), double-check if what you made is correct according to the tutorials, and most important, make sure that:
a) The map isnt modded
b) You dont have a mod installed, or multiple mods
c) The trigger is owned by Civilian

Next time Ill write in the map setion.but this will have to do.
