I just searched in that link ArgCmdr gave and i saw Chrono Loony was working on an royal marine.
Has he ever finished that SHp. If yes can someone tell me where to download it?

Aye. It doesn't look finished though. Maybe I could e-mail and see if it's done. On another note, does anyone know of a civilian barracks? Refineries might be nice, but I'm sure if I want to use a new graphic, I got one that might work.
