oh no, it's quite easy: you just have to insert:"Mind-Control" uinto the Amplifier or the Beacon(but I want to control more units).

There are lots of functions in RA2 that require exactly two units inorder to work. These include the temporal effect and mind control. That's cause both need to check to see if the first unit (the one that "shot" the second unit) is still alive. If not, the effect is canceled.

In YR, the programmers, (being as allpowerful as they are with the RA2 engine) probably made a second set of mindcontrol code and changed it so it doesn't need 2 units, and thus you have the Psychic Dominator. Such code is not present in RA2 of course, and so it cannot be done.

but how about the Mind Control Code for buildings in RA2? i mean that like in YR, Yuri could capture buildings with Mind Control..i've seen that it is defaulted to "no" that you could capture buildings in RA2 through mind control if you've seen through the guide coding of the units' section.. coz i believe it could be possible but that it is possible only in YR..

In YR the damage is what determines how many units the unit/structure can mind control. Like Damage=3 would mean it can mind control 3 units like the psychic tower. Damage=10 would mean it can mind control 10 units, etc. Don't know if that's possible in ra2 though. But of course u need mindcontrol=yes in the warhead. (don't know if mindcontrol=yes is the same thing u use in ra2 as in YR u'll have to check urself)

Mind control for buildings still follows the rules: 1 Yuri, 1 target (the building). When I said units are also meant buildings because they are "game objects" like infantry, and aircraft.
